PrDOS predicts the natively disordered regions of a protein chain from its amino acid sequence, reporting for each residue the probability that it is disordered.

PrDOS has moved from prdos.hgc.jp to prdos.ishidalab.org.

Submission

Enter one or more protein sequences in plain text or FASTA format. The server accepts the single-letter codes for the 20 standard amino acids, and 'X' for a non-standard residue. Codes for ambiguous amino acids and for particular non-standard amino acids are replaced by 'X' automatically.
Several sequences can be submitted at once in multi-FASTA format, up to 50 sequences of at most 2048 residues each.
